For years, the industry has relied on fixed service schedules, manual checks and assumptions about what needs attention. We saw an opportunity to do things differently - to build technology that gives operators real visibility into how hygiene products are performing, when they need attention, and where service can be improved.
What started as a focus on smarter washroom products quickly became something bigger. By combining connected hardware, cloud-based monitoring, real-time alerts and practical data, Telon is building an ecosystem designed to make hygiene management more efficient, measurable and responsive. Our approach is intentionally product-led. We believe good technology should be simple to use, reliable in the field and valuable from day one.
